I watched it twice through and after hearing Xenia's comment about not being afraid to drop the hoop ever again - I got all tear-y thinking about how much that statement applies to all things in life, that the hoop has made me courageous - I'm not afraid! I had the chance to view it this weekend and it is a fantastic DVD for begginers!!! The outdoor setting is beautiful, the instructions are detailed and there's tons of fantastic core exercise... Highly recommend it, Wonton :-) -

Fri, July 11, 2008 - 6:51 AMthe dvd is a great way to introduce newbies to what the hooppath is about, technique-wise, the spiritual part has to be experienced in person.
but i have to say the bax is pretty subdued in the dvd and is better experienced in person! heheheee.....
i'm so happy that it was available at the retreat. everyone get one!
