This Friday, the Pleasure Principle is doing a very special night of tribute to our favorite music on our favorite format! For PLASTIC PASSION night, DJ Prince Charming and guest DJ Andy T (New Wave City) will be busting out their crates of records to bring you nothing but the warmest, most luscious sounding New Wave and Synthpop from the late 70's through 80's. No CD's, Laptops, or anything else allowed - vinyl only! We'll keep the platters spinning with classic favorites like Depeche Mode and New Order, along with the underplayed heroes of the era like Ultravox, XTC, Soft Cell, Big Country, Heaven 17, Visage, and so much more as we dig deep in our record collections. You're bound to hear the songs you love and walk away with some new or forgotten favorites too. Best of all, there's NO cover charge! Why not come on down and treat your feet to a great night of dancing?

Additionally, for this special night, we'll have tons of homemade baked goods for your nibbling pleasure, in support of the San Francisco AIDS Walk, which goes to support the wonderful San Francisco AIDS Foundation. All proceeds from the night will go to support the fund, and, while the goodies will be free, we'll have a donation box set up if you feel like pitching in!

If you missed out last month or just want to come back for seconds, you can always check out last month's set list and listen to the whole night's recording at www.clubpleasureprinciple.net or join the tribe (see below) for every night's recording. See you there!
