Very shortly after thePL closed its doors a friend and former partner in crime opened up a play space of her own in Oakland and it is ::fabulous::. Recently in a party invitation, she mentioned that her space was inspired by thePL (this brought me to tears).. Take one step into this play space and you may imagine why. She's been keeping the space a very tight secret, with good reason, allowing only a few select friends of hers partake in its many offerings. However, just yesterday as I was talking with her over the phone she mentioned that if I have "lifestyle" friends looking for a private play space and who have good references for as play space renters, she'd be happy to take their inquiries.
So if this might be you, please let me know. I'd be more than happy to make the connection.

Re: A Playspace Recommendation
Wed, November 7, 2007 - 10:51 AMThanks for the heads up. People are always looking for a playspace in the eastbay. And since PL closed there hasn't been one. So if any personal friends ask I'll refer them to you.
