Walker River Reservation Rewilding Tours
Begins on 1 Apr 2008 in Schurz, Nevada
Finisia will be picking up camp in Fallon, Nevada and and moving 39 miles south to Schurz, Nevada on 1 April 2008. Her camp will be 1 mile south of Schurz, on the land behind the Smokeshop / Truck Stop on Highway 95. Finisia will be joined by her friend Forest, and they will be conducting "Rewilding Tours" with the Walker River Paiute Tribe on the Reservation. On these tours they will be finding areas with native permaculture plants and offering their knowledge on the human relationship with the plants and replanting techniques. You are welcome to join Finisia and Forest for this important step in the "hands on" renewal of Mother Earth. After Shurz she will be headed northwards, homeward bound towards Arco Idaho.
