Did you ever wander in and out of the kitchen, open the refrigerator and cabinets a dozen times and still can't find anything you want to eat?

Re: did you ever?
Fri, May 9, 2008 - 8:46 AMAll the time, and I have recently started saving energy by picturing in my mind the contents of the fridge and the cupboards and then deciding not to bother even trying to look. -

Re: did you ever?
Fri, May 9, 2008 - 12:17 PMI routinely do that, as though what I want is supposed to have GROWN in there since I went shopping last. I do that same with my clothes. I know what I have, but I "shop" around in my bureau with some strange hope that something new and interesting will have created itself in there for me. I'm weird, though. -

Re: did you ever?
Fri, May 9, 2008 - 12:39 PMNo, you are not weird. It's just one of those things. For me, it's all about indecisiveness. I know darn well enough what's there, but I can't think of what I want. Therefore, I browse through everything, hoping something will call to me.

Re: did you ever?
Fri, May 9, 2008 - 8:05 PMI do the same thing with the dresser. All the socks and undies are in one drawer, but there is NO organization whatsoever with the rest of my clothes. Up to 7 drawers can get opened and closed in search of what I want.

Sat, May 10, 2008 - 1:11 PMElizabeth Taylor? The camera would be even more interesting in her bedroom. At least, a few decades ago, it would've been... -

Re: did you ever?
Sun, May 11, 2008 - 12:28 PMYep, she's starting to bear a close resemblance to the Crypt Keeper, eh? But in her prime, simply lovely. I noticed not long ago one of her perfume commercials. They used this very hazy, out-of-focus effect that made me wonder if I'd forgotten my contacts.
