The Scarlet Garden is a gothic/industrial clothing shoppe located in Portland, Oregon's Black Market at 128 NW 23rd Ave, with Robot Piercing and Corrosion Records. Our goal is to offer quality dark adornments to the Portland underground community and beyond.
