    December performances through the Arts Academy of Hollywood!

    Looking forward to the upcoming events...for those of you in the area feel free to join the performing arts community for 2 nights of performances to kick off some holiday celebration! Two of my dedicated and *brave* ;) students will be performing a lyrical belly dance piece as a duet in the line up, along with a handful of students, faculty and local guest performers.     PRESS RELEASE

    Hollywood, FL - The Arts Academy of Hollywood presents its 15th Annual Gift of Dance: International Holiday Concert featuring over 100 performers ages 3 to adult. The production involves songs and dances from around the world in celebration of the wonderful Holiday spirit including Christmas, Chanukah and Kwanzaa. This year, the show will be performed in two locations on two different dates:

    * Friday, Dec 12 at 7:30pm - 15th Annual performance at the Hollywood Beach Amphitheater located on the Hollywood beach at Johnson Street.
    * Sunday, Dec 21 at 5:30pm - ArtsPark at Young Circle, Amphitheatre

    Tickets are FREE!

    The Annual Gift of Dance will feature excerpts from the Nutcracker ballet, as well as wonderful African dancing/drumming, jazz, tap, hip hop, belly dance and Latin numbers. The Arts Academy repertory groups will be performing: Enerzsi Jr., Enerzsi (Adults), STAR Performers, Exploring Arts Performers and the Rhythmatists.

    Come and enjoy seasonal theatrics in celebration of the Holidays. Entertainment will be provided by the Arts Academy of Hollywood students, staff and special guest artists.
