Through writings, diagrams, excercises, and sharings, the therapist will effectively crush you and reduce you to a task mastering machine.
You should sign up anyway because it could be fun. I think it would be a hoot to send the therapist running in tears.

btw, ex-BossLady, I've interviewed some suitable counselors, and have 1 favorite, thus far. Each asked for some basic information about our company, staff, etc., but the one that stood above the rest for me had this advance advice: 'anything that happens in Lynn's closet Stays in Lynn's closet.' I think we should hire her.
