Memorial tiles on chainlinkfence somewhere in the village?

Hey Friends, some time ago I walked by a corner. It was bounded by a chainlink fence that was covered with painted and otherwise decorated tiles. It was a memorial/special place. Can you let this o.o.t.er know where it is? I need, would visit it. Please and thank you.

The Man was 40 feet high and burned into his own 16' dia. footprint; in three controlled stages.

Aided and assited by Fire Dance Conclave, propane cannons and inbedded pyro.

Much thanks to all who volunteered their energy to make it happen, and muchly more to the Fire Conclave! We don't know all the names and people because it was just too big to track, but... Wine Man+Amera, Wierd Mike, Kit the video guy, Eliza, The Ohio Burn Unit, Kate, Reaper and Janet, PEX, Ring of Fire, Eric and Scorch, Dave the Architect and the Safetys, the staff volunteers who spent 3 weeks building the Man, and then spent 2 hours burning him! Increadible Sound Town and SinCity, Folks who stepped up to run the Coffee Dragons and baked 150 loaves of bread. All the Noodle God Emissaries, The beautiful and contemplative space of Center Circle.

But most of all, The Burners!

To you the WickerMan says, " It felt so good, Burn me again !"

unix systems represent time using an integer value, which is a count of seconds since beginning of year 1970.
so...... today at 4:20pm EST the unix time was 1200000000 (at time of this posting it's already 1200021160)

i seek none of those, as you have read. i only consider that i like to smoke, i do. and that it's not healthy, is true.
whatever comes out of this can be infinite thoughts, and the reason i thought of this was that i saw a commercial (as to one of those "products" that "make" you quit, complete with a cd (value of maybe a five cents in mass production)), and all that. i went through the first step, as i do feel that i do not necessarily quit all the way, but i'd like to reduce the amount of shit i inhale, but then i discovered that it is, of course, as advertised, free for 30 days, but they will ship a 90 days supply. now, was i wondering who in the world would try to reach me a couple of days, every day, for about a week now (i usually simply don't pick up 800 numbers)? - you got it! drrgghs, it made me wonder who they hire :) basicall -: they:you'd really enjoy and it helped [a number] people, and it works. me: (straight forward): i saw the trial was for 30 days and you ship 90 days - do i have to return anything or pay extra fees or anything? they: repeat first me: repeat first. they: before your 30-day trial expired, you can speak with a rep, and they will give options. me: so, if i cancel within 30 days, do i have to pay anything or ship anything back? them: you can contact a rep if you are not satisfied with the results (doesn't really make sense to me). so, anyhow, if they call me again, i'm gonna ask them to not call me again :) interesting how sometimes you'd stumble upon desperation (i heard it in her voice alright) to pursue interests that do not directly affect you and are rather "pure money making".
i'd cut my smoking, but i do enjoy it, so :)

hello wonderful arThowy friendz!

it is becoming painphully obvious that i will not on the playa this year.... it sucks and it hurts and it disarThows..... but it is for a good reason: i need to start generating an income, so i can be ok to continue supporting my physical representation in the physical world. right now is a high point in my job search, and i'm having many interviews, and offers should be coming in shortly. if all goes well, i will be starting a new position just as the man burns.

the tobacco, however, shalt be available on the playa at SEXODOME. i will send a certain amount of tobacco + papers + filters + rolling machine. you can enjoy this and other forms of arThowness at 9:00 and Estetuary (the E street :-) ), which is the RED LIGHT DISTRICT of BRC (this year's innovation).

you must have the password to gain access to the tobacco. please contact me privately to get the password.

i hope all of y'all have an extra arThowy time, and bring back lots of playa dusT !!!!

this could be useful.
apparently PDF is frequently invaded by an army of bugs, which are not harmful to humans, but mighty annoying. also these bugs seem to play an important part in the nature, hence killing them is not good for environment.
