honestly there has never been any moderatorship here at all...
you can contact tribes and see if they will do somthing about it or perhaps appoint a new tribe...
but to be honest... i really fun way of handling post you dont like is to bury them with other posts... out of site out of mind lol...
you can do that by posting really interesting conversations or bits of information about the topic of tobacco...
tribes like this thats pretty much all you can do.
I personally think theres plenty of room on tribes for tribes like this one where there is no moderatorship...

as far as miguel and what he does... well i think he has a strong enough repuation at the moment that he will attract people that need the sort of lessons he gives... the good and the bad...
alot of the people i saw going to miguels ceremonies where swingers and into SNM and sex clubs, orgies and a lot of alternative sexuality, he seems to attract members of those communities. people who think of him as a "tantric shaman" well what he does and what people say about him might be within their particular value system as OK. people who are strict traditionalist especially with ayahausca where sex is a taboo often 3 days before and after and never during ayahausca, would think of him as probably a brujo to be honest, or at least extremely negligent.

for people who dont mind working with people who are indeed powerful shamans, but at the same time questionable when it comes to their ethic in regards to sex and power and money ( three things cults are based on by the way) and wish to learn how to work with tobacco in a shamanic way i could see people being attracted to working with miguel. he knows what hes doing when it comes to working with mapacho, i dont trust him in regards to what he does with it but thats because we have a values system conflict. but for those who share the same values i could see studying with him as being highly rewarding...

so to be honest even though i dont much care for migeul any more his post isnt out of line or off topic, mostly because many people post adds like this on tribes and mods dont mind it at all, other mods do however mind, on a tribe like this its perfectly acceptable because theres no real mod who gives a damn.

one option is to start your own private tribe dedicated to tobacco and retreat from this one, or start a public on where the mods not just trying to sell somthing... lol
