I had a bonfire last night, pulled out my conga (which I just sanded and restained...it's soo pretty now) and my native american flute. I laughed with my good friend Dan, talked about zero point energy, positive thoughts shifting the whole collective consciousness, how to look at our anger differently. I speak for myself and as a witness to Dan...we two souls pumped out a Niagra Falls of positive love and goodness last night.

I had several moments of deep meditation as I beat my drum to rhythms that flowed from me as naturally as breath. I send my love enmass to all of my beautiful goddesses, to all my noble brothers, to all the children and to all the hope everywhere. I kept planes in the air and I saved a tree in the rainforest. I held a weeping mother who lost a child and I fed a hungry child who had lost his mother.

I emptied my mind of all dread and opened my heart to all love and I was surprised when I found how much it could hold.

I love you all my dears. You are all such wonderful people, period. You all are stars in my dark night.

It is a beautiful Solstice. My son and I stayed up and greeted the Sun as he rose this morning ~ the new blanket of snow made it a prefect day to welcome Winter.
