How serious is "strictly enforced?" Will I need to muzzle my drum?

I just got these new dunduns and cowbells and they are eager.

But y'all inspired me to pick up a didj (OK, cheap pvc imitation for learning purposes prior to investment) so maybe I can phlabbt along quietly until sunup.

"Phlabbt" is what I sound like on the pvc-didj, if'n you didn't guess. Phlabbt huff puff phlabbt huff puff phlabbt huff puff damn (repeat).

Ummm... I'm going to discourage drumming after 10, because it is a pubic park.

Didge in moderation "should" be ok...

I'd really like to see most musical activity during the day if possible, because hopefully there will be a "next year", and I don't want to piss off the park management with poorly behaved guests.

I was thinkin' about having a "Sunrise Circle" or something like that for drums first thing in the morning, as soon as quiet hours are officially over. Cowbell as an alarm clock?

The pvc didge will sufice for learning some basics, myself and others will be willing to help you out as needed, and there will be some FANTASTIC instruments available at the festival!
