Although it did rain a "little", it was a great time. The best of course was Steven Kents performance, which ran chills up my spine. But It was great to see didgers from around the country and even Canada. I can't wait till next year!

Re: What a great time!
Thu, July 17, 2008 - 6:43 PMThe rain wasn't all that bad... could have been worse I guess. Stephen did have two great sets (Fri & Sat), but I am pleased at the performances of all the musicians onstage, we had some quality acts present!
Glad you were there Todd, and I agree... it was wonderful to see such a great turnout of didgers from all around! -

Remember... S - L - O - W practice on the toots, build up your strength and endurance over time as you practice. I only say that as a gentle reminder because I know how you like to tear it up, ROFL!!! -

Re: What a great time!
Sun, August 10, 2008 - 1:03 PMA great time, indeed. What a priviledge to have such talent from all over the world RIGHT THERE in Ithaca for our edification and entertainment. Workshops were so intimate it was almost like having a private lesson. Superb performances by everyone!
SK said he enjoyed the festival too. Sorry we had to leave early on Sunday for his next gig - we would have liked to stay for the rest.
Clarinet Cat - you really did an outstanding thing, pulling this first fest together! Thank you thank you thank you.
