I saw an episode of the Original Star Trek Series in witch a Female crew member was slapped on the But by a visitor to the Enterprize.And I started wondering what it would be like if thet had something like that on Star Trek The Next Generation. I think the most likely 'victem"would be Counselor Deanna Troy. But how do You People think She would react to being unexpetedly slapped on the But by a Male Crewmember or a Male Visitor? Any ideas?

Thu, April 24, 2008 - 6:54 AMIt might not be entirely unexpected. Since Troi is an empath, she can sense other's emotions and might sense that somebody wants to slap her on the butt. Or maybe not. But whatever the case, I'm sure she'd be able to sense the other person's attraction to her.

I'm tryng to recall the episode of the butt-slap -- I think it was Charlie X. But he was imitating something he had seen two friends do -- was it two men coming out of the gym?? That's where I go blank. Where did he pick up the notion that this was a gesture of friendship? -

Fri, April 25, 2008 - 6:13 PMIt was the episode that had this guest on the Enterprize that was apparently not used to being around Women.He gave some type of gift to (I think) a Female Science Officer,and as She was walking away,He slapped Her on the but.Than She explained to Him that that sort of thing was unappropriate and requested that He speak with the Captian.

Sat, May 10, 2008 - 10:51 PMThe was an episode inwhich the Doctor was slapped in the butt. The one with chryogenics, I believe the cowboy slapped her on the butt. All you can do is say it is inappropriate and if they continue just break their hand lol! COunselor Troy will sense if it was lusty, demeaning or playful and react accordingly. Remember is not the action, but the emotion behind the action that she will be sensitive to! -

Wed, May 14, 2008 - 1:50 PMI remember that episode. Actually it was more of a pat on the butt or(as I remember) 2 pats on the but. It would be quite a big repair job to rejuvenate an entire Human Body that has been Cryonically Suspended. With the present Cryopreservation procedure,they can only prevent 70 percent of all Freezing damage at best. And theres also the damage caused by a lack of Oxygen.Well that sort of damage has been signifacantly redused in the past 30 Years,but its still a lot.
