To all those awesome chicas who are taking the kickboxing warm-up thingy on Saturday morning:
Please bring a yoga mat b/c we will be doing some floor stuff (abs, glutes, ect.)
And if you wear a brace of any kind like knee, ankle, wrist please make sure you wear that to class. The floor is soft but if you need to you can wear tennis shoes or jazz shoes but make sure they are clean and haven't been worn outside.
The class starts at 9am, we only have 45 minutes so please make sure that you are on time b/c we will begin at 9am sharp!
