Pre-Party Madness!

It's gonna be a "tight night" - if you are taking any of our workshops on Friday April 25th at the main venue (Borchard Community Center in Newbury Park)
Be sure to check your mapquest for getting to Topanga Canyon from there - and allow driving time for "the canyon" part. PLEASE have a designated driver! We want you to arrive and go home safe!

they do serve alcohol and have many vegetarian choices! Very varied menu.

Here's what we have in store for you:
Friday around 7:00 p.m. these lovely ladies will be dancing on our stage --
Amy Sigil of Unmata
Tsingani
Marjhani
Karma (Enchantress)
Aubre
Mirabelle
Damage Control Dance Theater from San Francisco

Get there early - it's a shared table restaurant and you will be queing up to order your food.
Parking is down below in the rear, the driveway is on the right side of the building.

Show ends before 10:00 so don't be late!

    Oh, did I forget to mention that this is a Benefit for a wonderful organization, Wildlife Direct.org
    which was started by Dr. Richard Leakey of "Gorillas in the Mist"
    We will be asking for $10 donations and any additional generosity will be greatly appreciated for this wonderful cause.
    Wildlife Direct funds endangered species in the Congo and supports the rangers who literally risk their lives to protect these wild animals from human poachers.

      oh yeah, and I heard that we may need to have an ambulance ready for certain people that are so excited by the list of performers they may have a cardiac arrest!

      I have a feeling I'm still gonna be sweaty from Sharon's class - and brain-tied from Steven's.

      (And Aubre, I gotta say thank you - the first Sharon workshop I ever attended was the one you hosted a few years ago, and I've been getting my yearly booty-kicking from her ever since. So, thank you for hosting her! And for making it such a welcoming space for a baby dancer, too.)
