Belly roll

    You could start by pulling your belly in and out.. Try sucking in top of belly and pushing out... there's alot ot get to know on your belly. I try just to listen to some music i'm familiar with and dance with parts of my belly. Vertical, horizontal...the more you practise the more "flexible" and strong your many belly muscles will become. You can pull energy and belly in and up, beginning at as close to your pubic bone as you can pulling in up, through your body and then out at diaphram. You could push out at your bel;ly button too. You could start by pulling energy at yoni too like a kegel. You can reverse directions. If you have no sensation or control of any part of belly just start with pulling whole belly in and pushing out try bending over and watching sideways in a mirror. Eventually you'll be able to break it up, isolate different muscles and make graceful "rounds" too.

    Step 1 - have all of your internal organs removed
    Step 2 - since you have no organs, plug yourself into life support systems
    Step 3 - have an air bladder installed into your belly (can be concurrently installed during step 1
    Step 4 - .....profit!
