We will be with Jim Settles camp again this year, I do believe it is at Bagby and McKinney. On the Ifest map, look for the ship.
Wristband info:
I will be picking up our wristbands from Jim maybe today, maybe tomorrow. We will have enough for everyone, Nina don't go buying any, your covered. Jessie and Luna keep ahold of your bands, they are good for the entire festival this year. For the guest troupes, and soloists who will only be performing on certain days, I will need the bands back at the end of your day, for the next days troupes. If you fall in this latter category, my cell number is 832 453 1637. Call me and I will meet you at the gate with your bands. Sisters, because you are first Sat (not in the first set, just on the first Sat), I'll give your bands to Silvia on Thurs. Glitter Girls, please call me and I'll meet you at the gate.
Music info:
Everybody PLEASE bring your music on 2 forms of media. All troupes are scheduled for 2 numbers (whatever you want to do) in their time slots. Soloists, please also have two numbers ready. Mari- I'm having trouble downloading the music, I will keep trying, but bring your backups. BTW- Mahalla is slated for all day on your Sat, is this alright? It would be four numbers total. Jessie, Luna, and Yet, you all are also slated for all day on the last Sun, so that's four total for you too. They don't have to be different from set to set, you can us the same songs, the crowd won't be the same from one set to the next, therefore they won't know any different.
