hey there! would you be willing to give us all an overview of what to expect. what i mean is, if someone was planning to make an entire weekend of this event from the time they arrive to the last workshop on sunday what's going on? i guess i'm asking for a virtual tour. will there be a room for vending or is it just workshops and an evening show? just curious.

Fri, May 23, 2008 - 5:15 PMThanks for asking!
If you are arriving on Friday evening there will be a "teaser" at one of the best restaurants and social clubs in town (cafe aroma). Think old time dinner show. The show will be the "kick-off" for the Vagabond Tour (I think that should give you a hint at who will be dancing). There will be a henna artist that evening offering her talents while you are wined and dined and entertained. Indoor and Outdoor seating is available. Later that evening, we may be premiering a brand new tribal Belly Dance film about "Mountain Tribal Gypsy" Belly Dance troupe (Never before seen)
Vending will begin on Saturday, as will the workshops. If you haven't already signed up for classes with Myra Krein, you will want to take advantage of the opportunity. She is one of the best kept secrets in Tribal Belly Dance--a wonderful teacher who limits her traveling, so don't miss your opportunity to see her here.
There are rumors of a greek feast on Saturday at the greek restaurant in town...performance opportunities for interested dancers.
The evening show will be an elegant affair beneath the stars. hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served. The show will begin with live music, and, once we are all energized and inspired, end with open dancing.
Workshops and vending will continue through Sunday.
I am getting all excited just thinking about it!
