Classes in Manchester?

Hi :)

I've just moved to Manchester and I'm having real trouble finding any Tribal belly dance classes. I'm sure there must be one somewhere! Does anybody know of any classes, preferably in Manchester city centre?

I've been dancing for 2 years, my style is a mix of lots of different things, but I'd like to do some more Tribal :)

    Hi Lola,

    As far as I know there are no improvised tribal style classes (of any format ) in Manchester or anywhere close.

    Zehara of the Urban Gypsies does classes in Stockport and Didsbury www.zehara.co.uk
    Michelle Pender does a tribal class in Flixton, look up Whirling Dervish Shop on Google and that will give the web address, can't remember if its .co.uk or .com.
    If you don't mind travelling Chris Ogden does Tribal classes in Halifax or Nelson www.wiggle.org
    Denise and Romy do Tribal classes in Haslingden www.totallytribal.co.uk

    Hope you find something that suits. If you want to travel to workshops check out www.britishtribalstyle.com for workshops in York (improv) and also look on www.jewelofyorkshire.co.uk for a weekend of all styles of bellydance in Bradford. Next ones in April and Moirai and Darkstar will be there.
