It is illustrated by a small, elevated, backward-facing question mark. The irony mark has never been used widely. It appears occasionally in obscure artistic or literary publications.

Fri, July 3, 2009 - 2:29 AMIf you change your keyboard to German, the y and z will switch places and the umlauts will be on ; : ] @ and [ the eszet will be at - (I think) and the punctuation makrs will give you endless headache too.
If you want to write in Turkish, the easiest way is probably to change your keyboard to German and get the rest from www.seslisozluk.com by copy and paste.
Changing the keyboard language i done by accessing the kyboard on the control panel and adding more languages and control them on atok etc.
