It has been made know to me that far too few people throw parties, and if I don't rise to the occasion and throw one for the 4th of July, certain people will be left party-less. As I believe that not being able to attend a good bbq on the 4th of July is a crime against alcohol, charred meat, explosives, and everything else holy, I am going to have to throw this party.
Now, one difficulty is that I'm out of town from 6am tomorrow until July 2nd. Where? Alaska. This means no cell phones, no internet, nothing. I'll be on a boat in the middle of nowhere. So sometime on the afternoon of the 3rd, I'm going to start making phone calls and get this party together. So that we can have a PROPER party, I'll probably go the evening of the 3rd until the night of the 4th, so that we can party on the 3rd and relax and blow stuff up on the 4th.
So prepare yourselves, I'll be throwing a party with just about no planning on the 3rd and the 4th.
