  No idea who this is, I have not seen him before, but he looks to me like he might well be an amateur Romani dancer.

    He's name is Huseyin.He is not a dancer.He is Musicien of Sezen Aksu.On TV programs or in Concerts he's dancing thats it.I dance also Turkish Gypsy but I can say he dance very well!!
