Sitting outside the other night i happened to look down the other end of the veranda and the light from the sitting room partly illuminated a bag of potting mix, all the hair on my body stood on end! There was a face on the bag, one i seemed to recognise but did not know from where. It had a beak and a large mouth, and wondered at this. Rubbed my eyes but still it was there. "You are finally going MAD!" i told myself, but got pencil and paper and drew it anyway.
By the next morning i had forgotten it. Called in to see a friend who owns a second hand book shop and while talking to her picked up a "Loney Planet" travel guide to Canada.
I opened it at random and there staring right back at me was the same face i had seen on the potting mix bag!!

But they had just taken a pic of the face, EXACLTY as i had seen and drawn it!
So much thunder being stuff comes but sadly i do not understand what it all means.
