<div>Just joined the tribe and thought I'd share with all of you how I get my porn these days. I'm a member of getnakedmovies.com - they have a Netflix type business model. This means you rent your movies from home and they send them discretely to you through the mail. All the same stuff - you know - no late fees, free shipping, thousands of movies, over fifty adult categories and so on. <br/> <br/>I have a little experience with these types of websites. Getnakedmovies.com is now my third one and I think I'm gonna stick with them. There new so they've been taking good care of me when ever I have a problem or question, which isn't very much. The times I have contacted their customer service people they respond quickly and handle it well. They take the time to actually write you instead of those impersonal canned responses. <br/> <br/>This is a big deal to me because of my first two experiences. The first one I joined was Wantedlist.com - They seemed to be the biggest and best or at least their 2005-2006 AVN awards for "Best Retail Website" claims this on the top of their website. Well bigger isn't always better as the saying goes. In this case the saying is true. Well at least my experience leads me to this position. Anyway, so I joined and never got a single DVD in the mail. I wrote emails to them and they never wrote me back. My address was correct, I double checked, so maybe they ran out of movies or something. Either their too big for their own good and can't handle it or they just don't know they're doing. Either way I got sick of it and canceled. <br/> <br/>My next and even bigger mistake was joining Movixo.com - I think they have outright evil ways of doing business and it baffles me how they haven't been shut down. I will say they were one step further along then Wantedlist in that I did get movies. However in my 4 month membership stint I only got 2 genuine copies of the dvds. The rest were burned copies. Ok, how is that legal? They have to breaking some serious copyright laws. I just hated that a lot of times the burned dvds they sent me were poor quality or wouldn't play. The REAL horrible thing (which I can't get over) is that they won't let you cancel you membership!!! I tried to cancel and the only options they let me choose from is how many months I wanted my account "temporarily canceled" 1,2 or 3. That’s it. They say if you want to continue this after three months then log into your account after three months and continue it for another three months. So I guess I have to do this for the rest of my life in order for them not to charge me. That HAS to be illegal. I reported them to the BBB. I wrote them and nothing - canned responses. It sucks. I was infatuated with how they were getting away with this and did some research on them. Apparently there are more then a few unhappy people out there because of this company. This guy for example hates them more then I do, enough to make this site - Movixosucks.com - and he's made for very different reasons and rightly so. I found others out there that have supported his allegations. Not sure who is telling the truth with that situation but if I had to choose a side after my experience with them I'd side with him. <br/> <br/>So those are my experiences with online adult dvd rental companies. I’m happy with getnakedmovies.com – they run a business like they a business should be run. I know there’s a lot out there so hopefully this can help narrow it down.
