The Uzumé is an alternative style of bellydance company with an unique approach to bellydance. The Uzumé was founded in early 2005. As their style immediately hit it off, they started collaborating with many DJ’s and events. They have already won several prices for their innovative choreographic style and are well-known for their strong charismatic stage presence. The Uzumé does both choreographed and freestyle performances to electronic beats of the global underground mixed with traditional music. They are now performing and teaching throughout Europe.
