An offshoot from the general Hooping Tribe, this is for Vancouverites, and visitors to Vancouver (in B.C., Canada),to hook up for public hoop events, share sources for hoop-making supplies, and more!

This tribe will be moderated to keep the amount of bot-spam low, but any hooping humans are welcome!
