Wanted to mention an AWESOME sounding workshop happening this weekend called "Hoop Flair." It's being put on by the super nice ladies of Pixie Hoops (from Victoria) and I'm going to check it out for sure!

Featuring master instructor Rebecca Halls of iHOOPu visiting BC from Montreal!

Beka is certified yoga instructor & accredited bfa in choreography & contemporary dance performance from Concordia University. iHoopu has performed at hundreds of events across Canada, the USA & Mexico. Leading the hooping revolution while traveling the globe to study, perform, teach & share all aspects of the HOOP! All levels of hoopers welcome to register.

Now that you have the technical elements of hooping down, you are ready to bring some Flair to your hoop practice. Whatever your level, in this workshop you will learn to spice up the hoop moves you already know with Hoop Flair; bring some sass to your spin, add dance elements to your art form and find the individuality that only you carry inside the hoop.
