Hi folks,
I have to cancel poi class today--too busy! Let me know if you hope to come on any of the next few Saturdays, though, and I'll do my best to be there or else schedule private lessons. Summer is proving trickier than I thought!
Happy spinning!

Re: classes
Fri, August 3, 2007 - 11:31 PMI teach on some Saturdays at Robson Square for just $10. When that's happening more regularly I'll be sure to let you know. I hope to be there next week.
As far as getting poi, you can make your own, buy a pair online, or even buy a pair on Granville Island at the magic shop on the 2nd level of the Kids' Market. Let me know if you need help figuring out what to look for.
If I see you on a future Saturday I'll be glad to show you all the different kinds of poi that you can make/purchase on your own.
In the fall I will be teaching a fire performance class with a friend. The class series will end with a performance for the Winter Solstice Lantern Festival at the Roundhouse Community Centre. I'll post information on Tribe when I have more details.
Let me know if you have any other questions! Welcome to our humble little tribe!
