This is a great light dish where the curry is subtle. Serve warm or cold as a anti-pasta.
1-2 servings of whole wheat pasta
1/2-1 head of broccoli, cut into smaller pieces
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 cup olive oil
make your whole wheat pasta
when it is near done put in the broccoli so they will be done at the same time
strain and put into a mixing bowl
make the curry and oil together separated in a small bowl
pour curry oil on pasta and broccoli and viola you are done
salt to taste.
