heyy i'm in the mood for cooking a creamy al funghi fettucine but dont know the best way to go about it without using cream.. i have tofutti (soy cream cheese) and coconut cream.. do you have any luck with a vegan version of this recipe?

Thu, October 29, 2009 - 9:17 PMI've had pretty good luck using Silk's soy creamer for things, but haven't tried it as the base for a sauce yet. It's pretty thick, though, and hard to distinguish from lacto 1/2 & 1/2, so it might work. -
