I am 16 next year and I have heard that a 50cc Piaggio Ape is legal to be driven at 16 on a CBT?!!
Does anyone know if this is true?
I <3 these little cars and may purchase one if i can drive it at 16.
What models would any1 recommend...I quite like the look of the new "Cross Country" model among others i have seen..
