Ohhhh . . . I read "Oriental Performing Arts Grand Bazaar" all together as being a description of the event. Again, without contact info right on the flyer, it's hard to tell. And the event itself isn't listed on the New Horizons Centre's website calendar, so no info there.

Checked out the OPA group on Facebook, thanks for the link! There is *one* post there about a consignment table being available for use, and the above info of place and time, and giving contact names. AND an "Event" listing with this additional info:
