2 Tutorial Requests

Yes, I realize there is already a requests post, but I was just afraid these might get lost inside of it....it is getting quite immense. First of all, I would love a pizza toss tutorial. Secondly, I'm pretty sure I have threading the needle down (twinwork), but I would love a tutorial to see if I'm doing it correctly. Thanks!

    I was wondering about a horizontal pizza toss myself. Have seen it done but no tutorials.

    Do you have Hoopgirl's dvd by chance?
    I know she definitely covers the toss ,and toss assisted (pizza toss) if you can't find a tutorial online.
