I'm getting closer to maintaining the 3beat btb with twin hoops. At the end I tacked on footage of a butterfly waistwrap which after watching it looks a lot easier than it is. This was a real pain to figure out. My left hand (as always) is the culprit in both moves but eventually that will work itself out. It's not really a tutorial but I thought posting it would help others get it.
