I did this tutorial after being sick with the flu for a week. I'm still pretty sick but I just wanted to do something creative. It's not great. My music is too loud. I can hardly hear my ears are so stopped up so I didn't realize it til later. And there are a few other technical failured and mishaps and my moves are not as smooth as they could be either (my muscles are still so sore and stiff!) but it's done and my friends on YouTube seem to like it okay so I decided to share it here after all. I'll do a better job next time.

This move is based on a poi move called a Tuck Turn. I include a Tuck Turn with Hoop briefly but my camera battery died in the middle of the description and then I lost my place so, if you have trouble getting that particular iteration, I can do another video. Hopefully the Tuck Toss and Tuck Toss with Turn make sense though.
