I hate when that happens. I find that sometimes the Staff isn't paying as much attention as they should be.

The staff is really hit and miss. I want to work for them so I can understand it from their perspective better (Mike and I test video games for our job). Maybe they've just gotten the 1500th email talking about bf/gf talk and they're sick of it. Maybe they really do have their priorities straight. I don't know.

The dictionary is really hard to get around when you're attempting to explain a situation and you need help, too. I'd like to say big words at times, and I just can't. Also, they want to be in the room when something goes on, but it seems as though people behave better when there's a staff member present - I wonder why? ;P
