Have you ever meant an angel? Not the kindly person who is there to cheer you up, or help you out, but a true heavenly angel? Well I have, many years ago in college I fell into a deep depression. I had prayed many times for help and guidence, but things just didn't seem to be getting any better. Then one day as I sat in one of the study rooms with my head on the table I saw a pair of black shoes walk by me, back up, and stop in front of me. He asked if I was alright, and I think I said something like no, but I will be. He sat down and had a real calming presents to him. I told him everything, about my friend who had aids, my stupid boyfriend and my feelings of being overwhelmed. He just listened with such caring and love I started feeling better just being in his presents. I believe he said his name was Anthony, he just kept telling me that everything would be alright, and that I shouldn't worry. We talked for maybe 20 minutes when he stood up and said that he was looking for someone and had to get going. When I asked who, he told me, and I knew of this individual so I let him know where he could find him. Long story short, not only did my friend not know an Anthony, when he came walking past me seconds after Anthony left we walked in the direction he was headed...we couldn't find him...it was a room. I will never forget the peace I felt with Anthony, nor the joy at realizing I just had spoken with a real angel.
