It is my pleasure to announce that the "Sunset Hill Day Spa" (3rd
annual?)will be happening again this year!
This is going to be a special, one day gatherette on Saturday,
February 14th, hosted by MoonSong, David & volunteers. This event
will coincide with the Winter Gathering at Breihtenbush Hot Springs
for faeries who wish to gather in spirit for a relaxing day of fun.
Please feel free to come or leave at anytime during this event.
We will be starting with Seattle Faerie coffee "at home" from 10am
until noon and we'll be graced with the guest appearance of Lulu
Latte, who will be whipping up your favorite coffee drinks, (tea will
also be available). You are requested to bring your favorite brunch
dish to share and your favorite pizza topping for dinner later that
evening.
At Noon we will start with an opening ritual, casting the circle and
opening the magic of Faerie space for 12 hours of nurturing,
spiritual connections, healing, and of course FUN! After morning
coffee & brunch the "Sunset Hill Day Spa" will be pronounced open for
our pleasure and will feature:
Japanese-style hot tub - Massage room – Nail polish bar – Facial
treatments
Music/drumming – Fabulous drag exchange area – Outdoor chill space
Games – Door prizes! – Video lounge - Sun deck - Libations
At 5pm the dinner / pizza party will start and include whatever
toppings participants bring to share… We will also be voting on
which movie we will watch after dinner is finished.
The movie selection will start at 7pm and may have a short
intermission (hot tub will be available until 9pm). Cleanup and
departures will be around 10pm, after a short closing ritual.
What to bring: food for the brunch table, your favorite topping for
pizza. For the spa you may want towels, bath robe, bath toys, etc….
Drag for the drag exchange area, musical instruments, drums, and
games if you like... If you have special needs, bring what you need
to be comfortable.
*** Although the where and phone was published, out of misplaced respect for the Faerie who wrote this, I won't publish their public information. If you are interesting in going, please contact me for final information -- ok? And "misplaced" because I don't know whether it would be a problem because I didn't ask, but my respect stands. *winks*
