Re: Cascade Mountain Community
Fri, May 11, 2007 - 12:34 AM*tests the Cascades*
can you tell me if there is any relationship of Olympian water to Cascadian water?
anyway. community, huh? well... my community and work experience speak louly:
I learned the HARD way -- yet the difference between community work and the work
*almost* anywhere else in the mainstream (the mainstream of my narrowly focused
white privilege slant of amerryka) is that community allowed me to constructively
learn skills that way -- difficult to find in any wage slavery job I'd wage-r
I love community space, I love the diversity of projects and the unity of strengthening
any space. mmm... it makes me quiver! and I cannot wait to get to discuss this more!

Re: Cascade Mountain Community
Fri, May 11, 2007 - 2:12 AMIn my life I have always known I was not ment to live in the 'nomal' world. As I get older I see a need to live more in harmony with the world than ever before.
I'm a healer and a shaman. It's my calling and I want to be of use to my people in that way.
As for community as a whole. Community is a microbiology. a self sustaining organism that takes care of itself and it's environment. Community is organic and freethinking.
It's 4am here and I'm not quite awake yet. I know i'm rambling. -
