fire practice?

I heard a rumor that there is a night once a week at the watershed where spinners can spin their fire.
is this true?

    No, actually, that happens only in the winter. Tuesdays in the summer doesn't have much in the way of fire people, they are up at Sewallcrest Park!

      what day/time does this happen at sewallcrest park? I haven't heard about this (but then again, I am relatively new to Portland) and was crushed when I found out that the other fire spinning (under the hawthorne bridge) was no more. ..
