1) BBQ Nights - Tuesday, 7:30 - 11:30, FREE
For those who might know of us through an event, or a class, or some other connection, you might not be aware that we barbecue at Watershed EVERY Tuesday. BBQs are mostly a help-yourself affair - we often say if you didn't bring food, you don't know if there's food! We start around 7:30pm and run till at least 11:30pm. Please mind the neighborhood as you park. If you'd like to organize a particular BBQ to be craft night/a band/a meeting, please email wrench@watershedpdx.com or deadletter@watershedpdx.com. There is NO cost for BBQ, nor is there one for having a meeting or projecting during BBQ night. This is a good night to come by to find out more about

2) Lime Green Jello!
This year's Playa de Mayo will take place on May 1st, a Friday, and will feature more squishy squelchy lime green goodness than you can shake a Jello Shot at! Admission is $12 through Brown Paper Tickets and will be available at: www.brownpapertickets.com/event/60331

For two years Watershed has existed without a single fundraiser - events have benefited Tool Shed, a variety of organizations - but never the building itself! With the coming of the Depression, it's time to make sure that we'll still have a building come what may - so come on down to support your local Industrial Arts! We recommend a change of clothes and a plastic bag for your squishies!

You can save US and YOU significantly by ordering 10 tickets at once - select the Group ticket option and pay $100 for 10 people including all additional fees! Expect to provide a list of the 10 people when you arrive or email us the list in advance. This is a savings of nearly $3.29 per person! As we have done in the past, camps, teams, projects, or other collections of people can also register en masse ($200) and provide a guest list as long as your arm...

b) Metal Fabrication - $150 for 3 sessions

c) Beginning Jewelry Fabrication - $300 + Materials for 7 sessions
Sundays, 12:30pm - 4pm

d) Painting/Critique (Oil Painting) - $300 for 16 sessions
Tuesday & Thursday, 7pm - 10pm (students attend both)
April 1 - May 26

e) Woodworking & Design: The Table - $400 + Materials for 16 sessions
Mondays and Wednesdays, 6pm to 9pm
April 1 - May 20

5) Call for Instructors/Classes
Have you always dreamed of teaching a class in the crafts? Please send an email of interest to deadletter@toolshedpdx.org - with "Tool Shed Class" in the subject line. We are interesting in hosting/facilitating craft classes in any media, and especially looking for people knowledgeable in - silkscreening and -black and white photography.

6) Call for Summer Projects -
Each summer, a variety of Burning Man and non-BM projects take over our main room, our bay, our back lot, and every inch of available space. Do you have a project that is looking for a home this summer? We are accepting applications for free and reduced rent on these projects - base price is $1.00/sq ft/month.

- Power/Water/Infrastructure needs (need 240 for welders? Say so!)

7) Open Spaces
Watershed currently has the following open spaces:

320 sq ft - roof vent, 240v power, forklift-access door
660 sq ft - roof vent, sink, North window, vent fan
280 sq ft - clean space
480 sq ft - insane amounts of power, roof vent
800 sq ft - independent street access, 240v power, sink, high ceilings - this one is awesome!

Most spaces are $1.00/sq foot plus $.15/sq ft utilities with some exceptions.
