What is the "it" that happens at Synergenesis, Oracle Gathings, Shambhala, Raindance, Toxic Beach, Burningman etc?
I've tried to convey parts of the mystery, appreciation and fascianation I have for it through photos.

I titled the book "West Coast Vibe". Someone looked at the book and asked "do you think it's just on the West Coast?" and then that brought up the discussion of what "it" is.
Is there a name for "it" like there was for the hippies in the 60s?

The name "West Coast Vibe" came from a story I heard about Soulclipse in Turkey. Supposidely people at the festival saw the art, music, cloths and performance of people from the West Coast and said " I really like this 'West Coast Vibe'".
