Toph Rocks
Toph Bei Fong (Jessie Flower) is a 12-year-old, blind Earthbender who leaves her wealthy lifestyle and home to join Aang on his quest. She helps him learn earthbending. Toph has largely lived alone all her life due to overprotective parents. This constraint makes her seem somewhat selfish, sarcastic, and, at times, bitter and arrogant. Even though she always seems to be sarcastic to her friends, she is a very deep thinker. She also does not hesitate to speak her mind and is bluntly truthful. Though blind, Toph "sees" with Earthbending, feeling vibrations in the ground that objects make when they are moving.

I bet she is a Sagittarius, although it would make sense that she is a Capricorn, seeing that Capricorns are Earth signs.
Either way Toph Rocks (literally).
