Oh goodness...

I *LOVE* Froud. He's my all time favorite. I guess because I just like the way his creatures and faeries look. They look more ... 'real' to me. And his take on good faeries/bad faeries is an interesting one. The wings of his fae are always so... crumply, odd, far from "fluffy" and perfect... and very creature-ish. I like wings like that. I'm VERY inspired by Froud's work. Very.

Then I REALLY love Renae Taylor. She's at Sterling every summer, too... so I've met her, and seen her creations up close in person. I have a set of her wings, and one of her dolls... and I want more: www.renaetaylor.biz/
