so i am thinking of leaving tribe...

i am sure this is no surprise as i unsubbed mr. flicky yesterday. most of you already know how to get a hold me outside this forum. what do you think i should do with this tribe?

    tough call darling - I know I'm making my own plans to tidy things up on tribe and move on ... sad but understandable. thankfully I at least know how to track your sugga butt down. :) xoxo

      I think we all feel the same honey bun.

      You will be missed greatly. If you aren't in this tribe, then I say shut her down.. no sense in worshipping somebody that isn't even here. I will now worship you by email instead!!!

        I am missing you and Mr Flick already!!
        Sighhhhhhhh.....
        But at least I have ways to "stalk"..I mean er ummm.....Talk and keep in touch with you when you leave tribe :) HA HA HA
        I am just so sad...because YOU have been one THE most true-est (is that a word? I guess it has to be since I just said it!! Ha Ha!!!) friends I have ever had the chance to meet/not meet from here on Tribe.....
        You have been there for me during the REALLY good times, the really happy times and you have also been there for me as a friend durng some of THE lowest points in my Life as well (You know all of which I am talking about :) ;) :) ) and through it all? I have been a very lucky guy to have you and to consider you as a Friend in the most true form and sense

        Siggghhhhhhh.....
        Well I am off to drown my sorrows at Chums imminent departure from Tribe with some Arcangel Cream Soda and a few quality Cigars...sniffle sniffle..snuffle snuffle....

    This is the first time I have logged on in at least a month... and only because I was curious to see if it was still around ! lol I am also thinking of dropping Tribe since, well, I have done so little activity here in so long.

    You should do whatever you feel is right for you, of course.

    Suggestion - get your own domain or maybe a blog/forum site. Draw enough traffic, and you can start to charge companies to advertise. Or ! No $business$ to it, just set up a zone of your own and be sure your hundreds of friends know about it.

    If enough of a buzz is created, maybe you will get a call from FoodNetwork to have an "Ultimate Foodies" show, haha... well laughter aside, I could seriously see you as a foodie star.

    **Be certain to archive all content that you could possibly have future use for.**

      Far bigger and better has started from a far more stupid idea that ended up making someone a small fortune. Think of it this way ... people invent blue lasers to play DVD's that allow for more information to be packed onto a disc (the basic premise to blu ray dvds) ... someone invents a new way to launch rockets into outer space ... then some guy comes along and says "rubber puke" and makes a killing selling the stuff.

      Anyone who has ever been on that tribe knows that you, Chum, are the ultimate foodie ... and I think most people would agree with me when I say you are far prettier than Rachael Ray (or anyone else on the food channel). It's certainly something to think about IMO. I just wish I said it first. :)
