Meercats on alert!
scanning the skies endlessly for predatory birds...these guys are hilarious and love to line up for photo ops. apparently the zoo built fancy fake termite mounds with tunnels throughout in order to mimic their preferred habitat...but the meercats just climb the mounds to be on the tallest lookout point, and decided to dig their own tunnels all over the area instead of using the artfully created ones.
