This is where we can finalize this policy. Right now there are a number of issues:
Dish 'rental' cost is currently 2$/bucket of dishes or cups.
Replacement cost: same as during WEF.
Deposit required: the amount wasn't finalized but it should cover lost items, late returns and dirty returns.
There seems to be three categories of loans during the year; it was not determined if there would be a uniform policy for these different loans:
Individuals borrowing for small to medium size events
Campus organizations borrowing for small to medium size events
Private organizations borrowing for medium/large events off camus
It was not determined if these 'rental' fees would be used solely to fund our year round coordinator, or if this money would also be used to build up money for long term projects such as the WERC Mobile.
