This is an international tribe of men and women ( any age, race, background, gender preference, philosophy/religious/spiritual practice )who are committed to creating a nonviolent and ecologically sound and economically just culture from the ground up.

This tribe of people is committed to a healthy balance of female/male energies, building community and understands that the roots of violence or love, adiction and illness or wellness, sanity and insanity lies foremost in bringing human beings into the world as consciously as possible ( from conception through peaceful, healthy pregnancy, the most natural birth possible, full breastfeeding, "wearing babies", and a focus on the mother-baby bond ).

This tribe also is focused on breaking family patterns of dysfunction, violence and neglect, which are - we believe - the roots of disconnection, alientation, rage and greed!.

We want to learn about and share wisdom from cultures around the world, especially tribal and village cultures that have maintained their integrity and "soul". We are also interested in scientific evidence from cellular biology to physics, brain development to healing trauma, sacred sexuality and the arts - all the arts.

Many of us in this tribe have spent years doing our own healing and inner work in order to transform early experiences that were less than optimal. We are healers, teachers, midwives, mystics, parents, health workers, architects, organic gardeners, researchers and people who love to learn.

We balance our concern for children and family and the state of the world with a love of play and we do believe in magic and that, all evidence to the contrary, this world is transforming!.
