I'd love to thank the party attendee(s) who found it in great taste to remove one of my sons large pumpkins from my porch and smash it in the street behind the big rig......
Excellent
Next year you can stay home, we may be trashy, but we're not rude, we don't throw fits over gifts, leave early in a fit and pout or take property that isn't yours and make a mess of it. (yes, rules will be changed for next year so no one goes home pouting in such a fit after the overly lengthy gift enchange that we all suffered through damn, a fist fight woulda been better entertainment for fucks sake! ;) )
However, a VERY special thank you to all of our guests who were the light of the night, who played nice, participated and had a good time with us for the one night of the year we open our home to our friends and company. For you, I say thank you, without you I would have been sad.

Re: A special pumpkin thank you
Sun, December 18, 2005 - 2:52 PMThank you again to Freeze & Mary, It was, as always, great fun. I doesn't really matter what gift you come away with, half the fun is watching everyone steal the gifts from the others, as long as it stays good natured.
Heck, once again I ended with something I didn't really want (the boob purse) I stole it in hopes that someone else would steal it and put me back into the mix. But, that was made up for by the look on Bliss' face when I took the cookbook right out of her lap (only to be stolen back just a bit later)
anyway! I love it and hope the rules don't have to change too much =)

Sun, December 18, 2005 - 7:38 PMsorry about the tacky pumpkin punter! that blows!!
the exchange is long, but that's cuz people leave the room too, and aren't paying attention...like always, there are like 4 gifts that are worth fighting for...and they get passed a lot...that's part of the fun...

Mon, December 19, 2005 - 10:47 PMPeople just turn out to be turds sometimes. I'm very happy that someone was kind enough to relieve me of the fried chicken, and I enjoyed the gift I ended up with. A pox on those who busted the pumpkin in front of your house! -
